Creamy Avocado Dip

by | Jun 20, 2017 | Dips & Sauces | 0 comments

I can never wait for the avocado season to start. When avos are in abundance I whip up this quick ‘n easy creamy avo dip and use it on almost everything!

It is awesome spread on toast or crackers, topped on pizza, stirred into a veggie dish; or as a dip for crudites, pakoras or chickpea nachos.

Ingredients

2 ripe avocado pears

3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of water

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Scoop out the avocado from their skins.

Place the avo and the rest of the ingredients in a food processor.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve.
