Creamy Avocado Dip
I can never wait for the avocado season to start. When avos are in abundance I whip up this quick ‘n easy creamy avo dip and use it on almost everything!
It is awesome spread on toast or crackers, topped on pizza, stirred into a veggie dish; or as a dip for crudites, pakoras or chickpea nachos.

3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of water
Salt and pepper to taste
